We continue with part 3 of our revelation of the MACC report to the Prime Minister. In spite of the overwhelming evidence against Tajudin Ramli and the simultaneous launching of the police investigation by the Commercial Crime Division of Bukit Aman, the government decided to close the file and stamp it with NFA (no further action) while the Malaysian taxpayers are made to carry the burden of the RM9 billion cost. More will be revealed in part 4.
