The Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Home Affairs sent a letter to the PDRM on 3 December 2008 (after the 23 November 2008 meeting with the Minister: refer to the Minutes published in part 1 of 10) asking them to terminate the computer contract because of the infiltration of Israeli agents (quote: tentera risik Israel). According to the letter, the Ministry has recognised the fact that the PDRM has been compromised by Israeli agents. The PDRM, however, resists and refuses to comply with the instructions from the Ministry.
